About Us
JJIF is a non-profit organization based in Rome. It aims to promote the knowledge and study of the work of James Joyce in Italy. It is particularly committed to providing opportunities for young researchers, artists and all those who share an interest in Joyce to meet and showcase their work.
The James Joyce Italian Foundation was founded on 26th May 2006.
The Founding Board of Trustees is composed of Franca Ruggieri (President), Rosa Maria Bollettieri Bosinelli, Carla Marengo Vaglio, Paola Pugliatti, Romana Zacchi.
During the Annual General Meeting held in Rome in February 2023, the Board has been renewed and is now composed as shown on the right.
